With over 35 years of experience Chef and owner Chris Mitchel has a love and passion for food like no other. Chef Chris has a very diverse background in the restaurant industry. Chef Chris is a graduate of the Culinary Instute of America in Hyde Park NY. After graduating he went on to being one of the youngest exuitave Chefs in NYC at the largest German restaurant Luchow's. He than owned Seafood, Italian restaurants and Diners. Chef Chris truly loves making people happy through his dishes.
